Our very own, Marc Curtis, Solution Director will be one of the guest presenters at the BeSpatial ‘In Person’ Eastern Regional - ‘Learn what I Learned’ Event on June 29, 2023.
Marc will present ‘NG9-1-1 Data and the Municipal Enterprise, a Common Data Model’. He will provide background information to help you understand what it means, its requirements, components, and benefits to the community. He will share his insights on the existing and new NG9-1-1 systems, public safety access points, real-time data, obstacles, and best practices associated with municipal data preparation.
The presentation is scheduled from 9:30 AM - 10:15 AM right after the Continental Breakfast, Networking - Welcome & Opening Remarks.
The BeSpatial ‘Learn what I Learned’ event will be held at the Queen's University Donald Gordon Hotel & Conference Centre in Kingston, Ontario, on June 29, 2023. The day begins at 9:00 AM.

About Marc
Marc is an Environmental Engineering Technologist. Since achieving the top overall grade average at Georgian College, Marc has worked in the Geospatial industry. He has held the positions of GIS Analyst, GIS and Data Sales Manager, Reseller Account Manager, Geospatial Business Manager, Senior Account Representative and currently Solution Director with Angus GeoSolutions Inc. (AGSI). Including Marc’s broad knowledge of geospatial products and services his achievements include Canada Scholar designated by Government of Canada for Studies in Science, Engineering and Technology and Geospatial Information Technology Association (GITA) Executive Board member and Past President. Marc is a 20+ year member and frequent contributor as a presenter and exhibitor to BeSpatial.
