Go360 Security Engine

Secure lock symbols across information network

A robust administrative tool providing organizations with total control over who has access to your company’s critical data and online Go360™ applications

The Go360™ Security Engine allows for optimal data security. When an authorized user logs on through the Go360 login page their access to corporate data and applications is determined by the account privileges set by the administrator. It ensures only authorized users are able to view specific data, have access to certain applications, and administer the security engine itself.

Easily Create Users and Groups

The single easy-to-use web-based interface assists administrators to secure mission critical data. The Security Engine creates and manages users, user types, groups, data groups, and special individual access or restrictions. Users can be assigned with distinct authorization credentials allowing them access to any or all data and applications, and users can also be assigned to different user types. Users can be placed into user groups, such as inspectors, analysts, supervisors, engineers, or executives groups.

Users can be assigned to more than one user group, with each group being assigned special authorization access, editing, and reporting rights.

Users and groups can quickly be added or removed, assigned or reassigned, and activated or deactivated. Easily search a user or group, assign user names, set and reset passwords, and more.

Protect and Restrict Data Access

By selectively assigning access to data and data layers, certain users can be restricted to view and read data only, while other users can be assigned full editing and uploading capabilities. Users or groups can also be provided with limited access to select data layers as required. Data and data layers can also be linked to specific applications, job functions, or data groups.

Working with Data Layers

The Go360 Security Engine provides complete control in using data layers. Specific data layers can be assigned to a particular user type, user group, or even a specific application. Data layers assigned to an application can be made clickable, editable, or viewable only. Easily add a data layer and assign a layer name and theme name. The same can be done for any base map.

Full Control of Go360 Applications

By selectively assigning access to data and / or applications, users can be restricted to view and read data only, or be able to fully edit and upload data. Users and user groups can be provided access to a single application or multiple applications as required. Administrators have total control.

Multi-Level Security

The Go360 Security Engine uses proprietary multi-level security features including special encryption, multiple and continuous security validations, all of which monitor and approve each ongoing transaction and user interaction with either data and / or applications.

Go360 Security Engine features include:

  • Advanced user management including user types, user groups, and company-wide management
  • Communicate via email to users created in the Go360 Security Engine
  • Audit trail of all user actions including user credentials, date / time, and action taken
  • Directly linked to Active Directory groups for ease of administration

The Security Engine is a fundamental component of all Go360 applications, entrusted by many data sensitive organizations.
